Project Overview
XpertSea is a leading aquaculture technology platform that provides innovative solutions for the seafood industry. During my engagement as CTO Advisor, I was tasked with assuring the transition of technical leadership while maintaining continuity and driving key technical deliverables.
My primary responsibility was to interview and hire the full-time CTO, Mohamed Mehdi, who became not only a successful technical leader but also a valued friend and advisor. I ensured the technical voice was represented in the leadership team while working closely with the existing development team.
